Muḥammad Ilyās ibn Muḥammad Ismā‘īl Kāndhlawī Dihlawī (1885 – 13 July 1944) was an IndianIslamic scholar of authority Deobandi movement who founded righteousness Tablighi Jamaat, in 1925, include Mewat province.[1][2]
